Package 03 · Scoped individually

Not a shop window. A working machine.

For businesses that need software, not a brochure: an online shop, a client portal, an internal record system, or automation of the processes your team currently does by hand in spreadsheets.

YOUR DATABASE API / CRM / STOCK STRIPE / BANK LINK ADMIN / BACKUPS BUILT FOR YOUR PROCESS
Who it's for

When the website has to do the work, not describe it.

The clearest signal you need this package: someone on your team spends hours a week copying data between a spreadsheet, an inbox and an accounting program.

Online shops

Catalogue, cart, checkout, card and bank-link payments, delivery options, order management and stock.

Client portals

Your customers log in to see their contracts, orders, invoices, documents or progress — without emailing you for them.

Booking & scheduling

Calendars, availability rules, automatic reminders, deposits and cancellation handling. Clinics, studios, rentals, workshops.

Internal systems

Record keeping, job tracking, quotes, staff access levels, exports and reports. Replaces the spreadsheet nobody trusts any more.

What's included

What a Custom Build always contains.

€2500 is the realistic floor for a project of this kind. The final figure comes from the written specification — and once it's signed, it doesn't move unless you ask for something new.

Discovery & written specification

Before a line of code: we map your current process, define what the system must do, and write it down — screens, rules, edge cases, stages and dates. You get that document even if you decide not to proceed.

Own database & back end

A data model designed for your business, not squeezed into a plugin. Server-side logic, validation, and an architecture that can grow without being rewritten.

Administrative panel

Built for the people who will actually use it every day. Search, filters, bulk actions, exports, and an audit trail of who changed what and when.

Registration, login & permissions

Secure sign-up and sign-in, password resets, optional two-factor authentication, and role-based access so an accountant sees invoices while a warehouse worker sees stock.

Online payments & delivery

Stripe for cards, plus Latvian and European bank links. Delivery options, parcel-machine selection, shipping rules and automatic order confirmations.

API integrations

Two-way connections to the tools you already pay for: accounting software, warehouse systems, CRMs, delivery providers, marketing platforms. Data stops being retyped by hand.

Testing & deployment

Functional testing on a staging copy, then a controlled move to the production server. Monitoring, error logging and automated backups configured and verified before you go live.

Documentation & staff training

Technical documentation for whoever maintains the system next, and practical training sessions for the people who will use it daily — recorded, so new hires can watch them later.

Three months of support

A full quarter after launch: bug fixes, adjustments, help with real-world edge cases you only discover once the system meets actual customers.

Security & GDPR by design

Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, protection against the standard injection and cross-site attacks, data minimisation, export and deletion tools for personal data requests.

How it's staged

Paid in stages. Judged at each one.

You never pay for work you haven't seen. Every stage ends with a working demonstration and an explicit go/no-go decision that is yours to make.

Free · 1–2 weeks

Discovery & specification

Interviews with the people doing the work today, a written spec, screen sketches, and a staged estimate with dates. Yours to keep, and to take elsewhere if you want a second quote.

02
Stage 1

Data model & core

The database, authentication and the admin skeleton. Unglamorous, and the part that decides whether everything after it is easy or painful.

03
Stage 2

Interfaces & business logic

The screens your customers and staff actually touch, plus the rules underneath them. Demonstrated to you at the end of each sprint on a live staging link.

04
Stage 3

Payments & integrations

Payment providers connected and tested in sandbox mode, external APIs wired in, real-world data flows verified end to end.

05
Stage 4

Testing & pilot

Your team uses the system on real data while the old process still runs in parallel. Nothing is switched off until the new one has proven itself.

06
Launch + 3 months

Go live & accompany

Production deployment, backups, monitoring, documentation and training. Then a quarter of active support while the system settles.

Budget guidance

Rough ranges, so you can plan.

Indicative only — every real figure comes from the specification. But these are the brackets projects of each type usually land in.

Custom Build FAQ

Before you commit.

Because a number invented before the requirements exist is either padded to protect us or too low and becomes a fight later. The discovery stage exists so the figure is real. It costs you nothing, and the document is yours whether or not you hire us.
You do. Ownership of the delivered source code transfers to you on final payment, and the data is yours throughout. You get the repository, the server credentials and a database export. Standard open-source libraries keep their own licences, as they must.
They usually do — that's normal. Anything outside the signed specification is written up as a change request with its own price and time impact, and you approve it before we build it. Nothing appears on an invoice that you haven't agreed to in advance.
Sometimes. We start with a paid technical audit of what exists — usually a few days — and then tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is cheaper. We won't pretend a rescue is simple if it isn't.
You pay for completed stages and receive everything produced up to that point — code, documentation, designs and database. No penalty, no lock-in. Stage-based payment exists precisely so stopping is possible without a dispute.
We build the technical side to comply: minimal data collection, encryption in transit, access controls, and working export and deletion tools. The organisational side — your own privacy notice, your legal basis for processing, and your retention policy — remains your responsibility as data controller, and we'll tell you exactly what you need to have in place.
Per stage, invoiced as each one is delivered and approved. Typically an advance of 30% on the first stage, then payment on completion of each subsequent stage. Bank transfer, proper invoice, no VAT.
